I began chiropractic in May of this year with one major symptom. That was numbness in my left leg, from my groin to my knee. That condition, at this point, has improved mainly because I don't notice it as much. However, as with other healing, you don't realize how poorly you felt until you feel better. The main difference is that my body feels lighter and more energetic because I don't seem to put as much effort into each movement. My general body movement feels more fluid an easy, if this makes sense. I also attend curves and have found my workouts to be easier and peppier, so I get more out of them. As a result of chiropractic and curves, I sleep much better. So, the net result is healthier, happier me!
