She has been in the customer service industry throughout the Grosse Pointes and surrounding communities for over 10 years.  She studied at Wayne State University as an English Major. Lauren is excited to play a role in healing our community.

    Sarah has been an important part of our team since 2004. Working as a Certified Massage Therapist and support Chiropractic Assistant. Her unique skills working with Dr. Gary Shoemaker, and Dr. Alexander Jeffrey for the past 15 years, has allowed her to understand the positive effects of chiropractic and the natural healing process. She now will be taking on a new role with Clairpointe, as our new Social Media Director.

    Kelli joined the Clairpointe team in April of 2018.  Kelli has a degree in applied business management, along with multiple certificates in insurance billing & coding.  Kelli oversees all patient and insurance financial matters.

  • "I had been experiencing lower back pain for several years. The pain appeared after sitting for prolonged periods of time. Over the years it slowly intensified and started to affect my day-to-day activities. Everything from sitting, standing, walking, and even lying down. I came to Clairpointe about a week after having a painful adjustment at another Chiropractic clinic. Dr. Alex and LeeAnn did a thorough exam and took the time to truly diagnose and explain my condition. When Dr. Alex met with me to detail the treatment plan I felt very optimistic and in great hands. That is 29 years and I have followed them to three location changes in that time. The reason I have followed them, and have been with them for so many years, is because I am convinced that Dr. Shoe has kept me from having to get back surgery. Due to hereditary issues, the ex-ray of my spine and neck is a bit of a train wreck.
